I began my career with a passion for helping others, earning a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. That foundation led me to roles serving and supporting families, and eventually to the financial industry, where I’ve spent over a decade.

When my kids (twins) were in elementary school, my job was eliminated. Thankfully, the financial decisions my husband and I made over the years gave me the flexibility to work part-time and be present during their school years. That experience sparked my interest in helping others make thoughtful financial choices, and it’s been a privilege to work in a field so closely aligned with my values.

A few years ago, our family relocated from Colorado to Kentucky for a fresh start and a change of scenery. More recently, my husband and I moved again and now call Eastern Tennessee home, while our kids remain in KY continuing their own adventures. I’ve been fortunate to continue my career in financial services remotely, and although I’ve worn many hats over the years, client service has always remained at the heart of what I do.

Moving to the South opened a whole new world for my husband and me to explore. With mountains on either side of us and water all around, I’m excited to take advantage of the hiking trails and embrace lake life. I love to travel so whether it’s a weekend getaway, a scenic road trip, or setting sail on a cruise, I’m always looking forward to the next journey.

It warms my heart whenever I can spend time with my kids, both of whom I’m very proud of. My daughter is now married to a wonderful man I’m grateful to call my son-in-law. My son is a critical care nurse at a respected hospital near where he lives. In quieter moments, I love getting lost in a good book or a jigsaw puzzle. My faith is the foundation of my life, and I’m thankful for every opportunity to serve and support my church community.
